This is the new Official Xbox 360 controller from Microsoft. The new matte silver controller will cost $64.99 when it launches on November 9 in the States and replaces the existing wireless controller, it will later be released in Europe around February.
The controller will only come bundled with the Play and Charge kit meaning some customers will have to spend extra money on peripherals they do not want, which is the only bad news.
There are a number of new features, most importantly, the controller’s D-Pad has been replaced by a transformer providing a button much easier to deal with. The analog sticks have also been redesigned to be concave and the face buttons are now different shades of grey to match the new sleek silver matte.
